It is used as a 2-person female shared apartment (WG). Each resident has her own bedroom; the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and balcony are shared.
One of the two rooms is already rented long-term to an employee of the Paul Scherrer Institut (PSI).
The second room is now being re-rented.
The communally used area comprises a total of approx. 30 m².
