Room in a shared flat

From 01.09., a room will become available in our beautiful shared flat in Guggach-Park and we are now looking for a successor! The room is approximately 15 m2 in size (the floor plan of the apartment is included in the pictures, it is the room at the bottom left) with direct access to one of the two balconies. The room is part of a ~120 m2 large apartment, which consists of three other rooms of your future roommates, two bathrooms, a very spacious living and dining area, and a very modern kitchen. When you look out of the room, you have a wonderful view of the forest at Chäferberg and Oerlikon and can currently enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. Currently, besides me, Theres (28), Viktoria (29), and Michi (30) live in the shared flat. We are a working professionals' shared flat, accordingly, we all have regular daily routines and are mostly out of the house during the day. In the evenings, the kitchen is typically the usual meeting point and it can happen that you stay for a few hours and exchange stories, possibly cook together, etc.. From time to time, we do something together, e.g. celebrate birthdays, go swimming in the Limmat, have a coffee, etc., as it happens. :) If you are interested, please write a few sentences about yourself and what you imagine under shared flat life and above all, what your favorite pasta variety is :)
