Room in a shared flat

Hello! We’re looking for a new tenant to take over the room of our roommate, Iryna, who’s moving out. About us: \- Luca (27) - Master’s student in Electrical Engineering at ETH; enjoys reading, bouldering and playing video games. \- Anton (28) - Mechatronics and automation technician in a pharmaceutical company; enjoys sports, outdoor activities, videography and video games. About the room & flat: * Room: 12.2 m², bright and cozy with south-east exposure. * The room is unfurnished. * The apartment is spacious, with a terrace and a lovely view. * Two bathrooms (yes, that’s a blessing :D). * Kitchen with plenty of storage and a dishwasher. * Storage room/Guest room * Location: We’re about 5 minutes from Coop and Migros, and only 2 minutes from the train station, which has excellent connections to both Zurich and Baden.
