Room in a shared flat

Hey :-) I am looking for a new roommate for my apartment in Dietwil from now on. A relaxed and respectful cohabitation is particularly important to me - no purpose-WG, but a home where you feel comfortable and also like to spend time together and understand each other as human beings. About me: I am 33 years old and a relaxed and open young woman and live in the apartment myself. I love spending time with people, but also enjoy my privacy from time to time. In everyday life, I am often on the go, but also like to be at home and spend the evening on the sofa or on the balcony. I am very happy to have joint cooking evenings or a glass of wine on the balcony :-) The apartment: - 110 sqm (including both balconies) - 2 balconies (east and west) - 1 bathroom - 1 guest toilet - Parking possible on request Your room: Your room is partially furnished (160cm box spring bed, 2m wardrobe, nightstand, clothes rack and curtains). The furniture can also be removed if you want to bring your own. The room is 16 sqm, bright and quiet and has its own access to the east balcony. The location: The apartment is located in Dietwil, with a quiet and rural environment close to Lucerne or Zug. Both cities are reachable by car in 15 minutes. Shopping possibilities like Volg in 5 minutes on foot or the Badi in 10 minutes.
