The location is also practical by car:

• Sirnach / highway: approx. 16 minutes
• Dübendorf: approx. 30 minutes

Viewing
Viewings can also be arranged on short notice and flexibly. If interested, an appointment can be organized by arrangement.

Important regarding takeover
Since the tenancy cannot be regularly terminated at the end of December, a suitable replacement tenant must be reported to the administration by the end of September 2026 at the latest.
If no replacement tenant is found by then, the apartment will be terminated by me via the administration at the end of January 2027.

A comparable standard at an attractive rental price is difficult to find in the Canton of Zürich.
