Room in a shared flat

From 1 October, a room (21 qm) will become available in our 4-person shared apartment in our top-equipped 6-room apartment on Dufourstrasse. The apartment is centrally located near the Olma, yet very quiet at the foot of the Rosenberg. All the rooms are bright and equipped with several large windows. The floor is laid with historic parquet. The modern kitchen is equipped with a steamer, oven, induction hob, and wine cooler. There are two bathrooms with rain showers, and a washing machine and dryer are in the apartment. Our large living room is great for movie nights, sitting together, and eating together. From there, you access a south balcony with a beautiful view of the Säntis. We have additional storage space in the cellar and in our shared office for sports equipment, luggage, etc. Your roommates will be: Yanik (26, dentist), Hauke (30, doctoral student) and Lukas (25, doctoral student). We all work full-time and therefore maintain a rather quiet shared apartment life, but we look forward to being able to chat in the evenings or doing something together on the weekend every now and then. We would aim for viewings on the weekend 25./26.07. and in the following week.
