Between Aeschenplatz and Bankverein, we rent centrally located practice or office spaces with a total of 234 m². The spaces are flexibly divisible into units of 71 m² to 160 m² and offer a variety of uses. Thanks to the city center location and proximity to Basel SBB train station, optimal accessibility is guaranteed. The rental is basically in raw construction. Currently, the space is built out with vinyl flooring, lighting, kitchen equipment with dishwasher, and room division through lightweight walls.
