NK per month Living space: approx. 170 m² + 35 m² large terrace We are renting out a shared flat room in our 3-person WG starting from 1 October 2026 for two months until the end of November. We are looking for someone who would like to become part of this 3-person WG, appreciates a cozy WG life, also enjoys a dinner, a drink or a movie night – but at the same time respects the privacy of the others. An uncomplicated togetherness and, of course, a clean home are important to us. **About the apartment and the room:** The apartment has 6.5 rooms with 3 bedrooms, a spacious south-facing living room with large sliding glass doors and balcony with a view over the city, an office compartment, two bathrooms (one used only by you), a kitchen and a large private rooftop terrace with a view over the city. **Extras:** Underfloor heating, fireplace, induction stove, grill, two refrigerators incl. freezers, electric blinds and sun awnings, built-in cupboards, own dryer and washing machine, own cellar, additional storage space / pantry and a communally used garden You would move into the master bedroom (approx. 25qm) where, in addition to the already existing bed, wardrobe, desk and sofa, you have sufficient storage space. Additionally, an individual spacious bathroom incl. shower and WC is available to you, which is used only by you (approx. 7qm). **About the location:** The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the tram stop Wipkingerplatz (3min), bus stop (Rosengartenstrasse, 5min) and various shopping facilities (Coop m and Migros, 5min). Wipkingen station is approx. 10 min away. Also, you are at the Limmat by Wipkingerpark in 5min and at Käferberg in 10 min. **About the flatmates:** Raphael is 29 years old, grew up in the Canton of Zug and has been at home in Zürich for several years. He has a Bachelor in BWL and has been working in the construction industry for several years.
