I am going traveling and am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 3-room old building apartment from 01.11.2026 to 28.02.2027. What: \- Furnished apartment (81m2) \- One large bedroom, one office room and one living room with balcony \- Well-equipped kitchen with balcony and dishwasher \- Bathroom \- Laundry room to be shared with 5 other parties Where: \- The apartment is located in the lively Lorraine-Quartier in a quiet side street \- Shopping facilities within a 5 minute walking distance \- 3 minutes to the bus stop (20er-Linie) \- 13 minutes walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof Price: 1'820 CHF per month including utilities, Internet/TV, electricity Who am I looking for: The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple who will take care of the apartment during my absence and also look after the house plants.
