The room has direct access to the balcony and is located in a comfortable 4.5-room shared apartment. You’ll share the apartment with two friendly flatmates, including the fully equipped kitchen, living area, and two bathrooms. 📍 Excellent Oerlikon location * 3-minute walk to Oerlikon train station * 2 minutes to Coop * Aldi located in the building * Bus stop right outside 🌿 Outdoor space Enjoy direct access to a spacious terrace with a large lounge area, grill, outdoor seating, and a dining area. It’s a great spot for relaxing, having a BBQ, or enjoying a meal outside. 🐱 Pets Cats are welcome. Other small pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. For cats, we provide an automatic litter box, food dispenser, water fountain, and cat tree. This is a shared home, so guests should be comfortable sharing the common areas and being considerate of the other residents.
