3 ½ rooms apartment

I am offering a cozy 3.5-room apartment in Zürich, Kreis 3 with an area of 60 m². The rent is 2950 CHF + 200chf NK. Perfect for someone looking for a centrally located home with a lot of light. Fits perfectly as a shared apartment, couple or small family. This three-room apartment is located directly between lochergut, schmiede and Bahnhof wiedikon. It has three large rooms, is renovated (almost equal in size) with a separate kitchen, and directly next to a pantry plus its own laundry tower and dryer not for sharing, located directly next to the apartment. The apartment is on the 1. OG including lift and cellar compartment and is the only apartment in an office building. Unfortunately, it has no balcony but very large windows and thus a lot of light.
