Room in a shared flat

We look forward to an open, joyful, and uncomplicated person who feels like having spontaneous Z-nights, conversations about the roommates' dating lives, or simply about life. **The room is available from October or November – the exact move-in date is flexible by arrangement.** We are: a colorful mix of people in a shared flat (WG) directly at the Winterthur station. Our 5-room old building apartment impresses with a sunny balcony facing the courtyard, large rooms with high ceilings, as well as a modern kitchen and a bathroom. The five of us share a bathroom with a separate toilet and a kitchen-living area, which simultaneously serves as the social hub of the WG and more than replaces the missing living room. Yves 29J: Longest-serving member in the WG and works in the Web3/blockchain segment (don't worry if you don't know what that is – he will always try to explain it to you). In addition to strength training and personal development, he has recently discovered his passion for traveling as well as for the sensual (e.g., meditation). With Yves, you can talk about anything – he always has an open ear and is honestly interested in what is currently occupying and moving you. His curious nature makes conversations with him profound and at the same time relaxed. And if it gets spontaneous: he is almost always up for a restaurant visit or other activities. Nate 26J: I am Nate, 26, and work as an AI Marketing Strategist at a bank – or rather: I let Anthropic and OpenAI work while I pretend to be busy ;) Therefore, I prefer to invest my time in traveling, playing padel, spontaneous hikes – preferably to Seealpsee – or simply in spending time together in the WG or in the city with friends. Born in South Africa and having spent three years each in Bristol and Durban, I have brought quite some good "baggage" with me – an open view of the world, many perspectives, and even more stories. After the rather serious banking everyday life, I especially appreciate honest, humorous coexistence and a healthy amount of irony, because you don't have to take life too seriously. Lynn 23J: Psychologist – and no, she cannot read minds – and prefers to spend her free time doing sports, cooking, or with a book. She is currently doing her PhD, but you'd better not ask her how her project is progressing – a sensitive topic. She is always open to a conversation and may seem rather quiet at first glance, but is uncomplicated and very interested. As a morning person, you are more likely to meet her at 6:00 AM than at 9:00 PM (critical voices would say she is actually much older than 23). Cem 29J: Social pedagogue (with passion!) and lives consciously, honestly, and with depth – but has just as much room for nonsense, humor, chaos, and enjoyment. He works in the social sector with young people, which can be challenging, intensive (especially time-consuming), and sometimes also very chaotic – exactly how he likes it. In his free time, you can find him in the gym, in nature, in the mountains, at concerts or raves, or very cozily with a coffee, philosophizing about life. Open communication, respectful coexistence, and spaces in which one is allowed to be oneself with all their quirks and flaws (even with a bad mood) are very important to him. We also share a cellar compartment as well as the washing machine token for a communal washing machine and a tumble dryer in the cellar. **The room:** approx. 28m² in size, with beautiful parquet flooring and equipped with a wardrobe if required. The room is **available from October or November, depending on arrangement**.
