The room (1 of 3) is approximately 16 m2 in size, unfurnished, individual small furniture could be provided, with laminate flooring, in a 6 ½ double-family house in a beautiful, quiet location. For shared use, there is a kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry room, dance room, beamer, garden with veranda, quiet corners, sports equipment, table tennis table, and whirlpool available. A covered parking space or garage space can be rented additionally. We are a long-standing residential community, living form 40+, generation-WG, and are looking for uncomplicated flatmates.
