In my 4-room apartment – only 800m from Dübendorf station – two furnished rooms are available for sublet.
The apartment is quietly located and yet close to the center. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a gas station with Migrolino (200m), a Denner (400m) and Migros/Coop (700m). Directly in front of the door, the Glatt-Uferweg invites you to a relaxing walk.

Included in the rent are:

• Heating and service charges
• Electricity / Internet
• Cleaning of living room/kitchen/bathroom (every 2 weeks)
• Furniture (as per photos)

I (m, 43) would describe myself as an uncomplicated, tidy and quiet person. I am mostly out of the house between 06:00 and 20:00 and I appreciate it when things are a bit quieter in the evening.
