Room in a shared flat

Hello We are looking for a new roommate for our 4-person shared flat. The shared flat is located in Jacob Burckhardt Strasse. The room for rent is 16 qm in size (and has a built-in wardrobe) and comes with a shared kitchen, bathroom (2 toilets), living room and a garden, as well as a house-owned washing machine and dishwasher. The rent is 790Fr. Your room is located on the 2nd floor and you are alone on this floor. The shared flat is located near the tram stop, has some shopping facilities nearby and the train station is about 6 minutes away by bicycle. About the shared flat: We are not a purely functional shared flat and also enjoy cooking together sometimes, play a round of darts and occasionally have small BBQ evenings in the garden. We value a clean environment and uncomplicated togetherness. You should ideally be between 25 and 37 years old. About your future roommates: Steven: 29 years old, lifeguard and sports enthusiast. Former policeman from Berlin, who is now doing a summer job as a lifeguard. Mario: 29 years old, avid runner and beach volleyball professional Employed and student and in his free time plays a lot of beach volleyball with friends and generally does a lot of sports. Is often open for a round of darts. Michèle: 30 years old, creative hobbies and nature lover Employed and is mostly to be found somewhere outside in her free time, probably hiking or just in the hammock reading or playing a board game.
