In a spacious and cozy loft apartment in a historic house in **Fürstenaubruck**, I rent out a shared room by arrangement. The apartment offers a lot of charm, high ceilings, and a pleasant living atmosphere. The shared facilities include a kitchen, bathroom, living area, balcony, and a spacious basement room. The basement is currently used as a bike workshop and storage space and also offers space for bikes, sports equipment, or similar items. A parking space is also available. The staircase is cleaned once a week by a cleaning staff. **Rental period:** preferably long-term, at least 6 months **Move-in:** by arrangement I am looking for a reliable, considerate, and uncomplicated person who is interested in a pleasant shared living experience. It is important to me that household chores are divided fairly and that we can communicate openly with each other. If it suits both parties, I also look forward to cooking together, eating together, or having a cold drink on the balcony.
