Room in a shared flat

Description I'm Helen, 35 years old and would describe myself as uncomplicated, quiet but young at heart. I'm often on the go and also like to party :D I'm a total sports enthusiast and therefore like to do a lot of sports and am happy to be in nature or on the go. I live consciously and eat vegetarian :) Feel free to write a few lines about yourself if you're interested. If you have any questions or want to drop by, just let me know, I'd be happy to hear from you :) About the room: I'm renting a 10 m² large, partially furnished (with built-in wardrobe) shared flat room in a bright apartment and good location. 3 minutes to the bus stop 5 minutes to the S-Bahn (S7 Winterthur) 20 minutes on foot to Rapperswil Downtown :D Parking space can be rented Bicycle cellar available In the basement and in the apartment, cabinets can be shared for storing your own things if desired :) What I'm looking for * Smokers are welcome but only on the balcony, with a view ;) I don't smoke but it wouldn't bother me * Unfortunately, no pets allowed
