It offers absolute privacy with a separate entrance, and there is a small shower and a separate toilet. It is a non-smoking room with a small refrigerator and no cooking facilities.

It is quiet and yet close to the city: in 5 minutes you are at the Aare (Eichholz recreational area) and in 15 minutes by public transport at the Bern main station.

The rent is a flat rate of 890 Fr. per month. Included are electricity, heating, TV/internet connection, the furnishings, as well as regular cleaning including clean bed linen and towels.
