I am renting/sharing my beautiful and spacious 3.5-room old building apartment with approx. 120 m² in a central location in the heart of Zürich Enge and am looking for a trustworthy, tidy, decent female flatmate, as I am often abroad and rarely at home. The apartment impresses with its special old building charm with high ceilings, beautiful stucco details, parquet flooring and spacious, bright rooms. It is stylishly furnished and offers an elegant and at the same time very cozy living ambiance. The apartment features a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, an extensive living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and toaster. The location is particularly attractive: Lake Zürich is only approx. 200 meters away, shopping facilities for daily needs are reachable in just 1 minute on foot. Cafés, restaurants, parks and public transport are also located in the immediate vicinity. Much can be conveniently done on foot. I am preferably looking for a serious and reliable weekly resident or a working person who is regularly in Zürich and is looking for a beautiful, high-quality home in a central location. The rental is indefinite. A sharing solution is also possible upon arrangement.
