Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! In our uncomplicated student shared flat, a room is becoming available. We are looking for a sympathetic, considerate person who is interested in relaxed communal living and can imagine staying in the shared flat long-term. The room is approx. 16 m² in size, very bright, and offers you a cozy retreat in the middle of the city. The total area is 102 m² and is thus very large for three people. The apartment has 4.5 rooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms, as well as a large living room with a beautiful balcony. There is a washing machine in the basement which can be used by all tenants in the house. The location is really top: We live in the immediate vicinity of the Marktplatz. Lidl is right next door, Coop and Migros are also quickly reachable. You can reach the HSG on foot in a short time, and TheCo as a possible study location is also no more than 5 minutes away. You therefore have shopping facilities, university, study locations, cafés, and city life practically at your doorstep. Are you also not in the mood for a shared flat where you only encounter each other in the hallway every now and then and say hello? Our shared flat is uncomplicated but values good communal living. We appreciate it when people meet in the kitchen or at the dining table, chat briefly, cook together, or also spontaneously do something together. Every now and then there is a game night or something communal - of course without obligation. It is important to us that communal living remains social, but at the same time relaxed, considerate, and uncomplicated. Your future roommates: **Basil**, 25: I am studying for my Master's in Business Innovation in St. Gallen. Besides my studies, I play handball. When I am not on the field, you can often find me at a cozy game night or drinking coffee in the city. Good atmosphere and open, honest communication in the shared flat are important to me. **Fabio**, 24: I am currently in Shanghai for my internship and was previously in Chile for my CEMS semester abroad. From September, I will be back in St. Gallen and will begin the MBI. I very much enjoy doing sports, especially running, tennis, football, gym, hiking, love doing things with friends, and I like reading and cooking very much.
