In our modern new-build apartment (year of construction 2024) in Tomils, a room (with its own bathroom) is becoming available. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the Bündner mountains, plenty of daylight, and a quiet location. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away on foot.

I am 27 years old, employed, and an uncomplicated, relaxed person. In my free time, I enjoy being in the mountains, doing sports, traveling, and enjoying nature. Respectful interaction and a pleasant living atmosphere, where everyone can feel at home, are important to me.
