Room in a shared flat

We, Carlo, Stella, Shara, Minh and Ritvik, are looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment at Chapfstrasse 12, Uitikon Waldegg, just outside Zurich. The area is quiet, peaceful and surrounded by lots of nature. At the same time, the apartment is well connected to the city. A large Migros and Coop are both reachable within approx. 8 minutes on foot. Travel times: •⁠ ⁠ETH Zentrum: ~35 min. •⁠ ⁠ETH Hönggerberg: ~30 min. •⁠ ⁠UZH Irchel: ~40 min. Apartment & room •⁠ ⁠Spacious and comfortable house •⁠ ⁠Room size: approx. 29 m² •⁠ ⁠The new flatmate can take over some existing furniture Requirement: The new flatmate must meet all JUWO criteria. We enjoy spending time together, whether it is cooking, baking, watching movies or simply sitting together comfortably. At the same time, we all have varied and sometimes stressful lives and therefore respect each other's privacy and personal space. We are looking for a friendly, considerate and uncomplicated person who would like to be part of an open and pleasant shared apartment.
