Room in a shared flat

The room – actually more like 1.5 rooms: It is about our beautiful southwest corner room, bursting with light and free views, in our pretty-charming old building apartment with parquet flooring on the 4th floor. The room is approx. 12 m² in size, including a large, beautiful built-in wardrobe, with a free view of the Uetliberg, the Sihl, the Stauffacher etc. Included is a private approx. 9 m² office/yoga/hobby/or-whatever-else compartment in the converted attic on the 5th floor (see photo). The apartment on the 4th floor has a total of approx. 100 m², of which a living room is approx. 30 m². The converted attic comprises another total of approx. 80 m². And joining them is our quite unique, beautifully greened near-all-around view terrace with approx. 35 m². We are looking for: We are looking for a woman from approx. 30/35 years of age, ideally from 1. September, possibly also immediately or from 1. October 2026, for our central, beautiful old building shared apartment in Zürich. We – Nadine, Marc and Nader – wish for a female flatmate who fits as well as possible with us, with our special, spacious, charming and quite view-rich apartment, as well as with our young-at-heart, self-reliant and independent, but also occasionally sociable shared apartment lifestyle. We are: We are a life-world quite young-at-heart adult shared apartment in a most central location – with plenty of space for everyone. Nader (that's me), 57, is a travel and event organizer and cyclist. Nadine, 49, works among other things for an architecture firm and as a hobby for various festivals. Marc, 59, is a programmer and forest lover. We maintain an adult, independent coexistence, but are just as happy to be sociable with one another sometimes. Since we mostly have different working and home times, one is occasionally alone in the spacious, two-story apartment – and on the wonderful roof terrace, almost always. We like to eat together when the opportunity arises – probably rather rarely as a group of four, but instead every now and then as a pair or a trio. We mostly cook a bit more, so that someone can also benefit from the leftovers of the others. And in summer, we of course love to barbecue every now and then on our beautiful all-around view terrace.
