3 rooms apartment

Hi everyone We are renting out our apartment for a limited period for 1-2 people, because we are going traveling. From mid-September 2026 to mid-April 2027, the apartment is definitely available (7 months). We would like to stay in consultation with you so that we can determine the end date together, so possibly to extend it. It is a 3-room apartment, which is currently equipped with one bedroom and one office room. The office could also be converted into a second bedroom. The apartment would be rented out completely furnished. The apartment includes a front area (terrace) and a roof terrace, whereby the roof terrace is shared with the other parties in the house. The people in the house are however all super lovely and uncomplicated. The apartment is lovingly and neatly furnished, therefore an orderly subtenant with an eye for cleanliness is important to us. The rent amounts to 2'690.- incl. service charges. Our cat Milou also lives in the apartment, therefore only tenants with a heart for cats are sought. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Wiedike, with good public transport connections (72 in 2 min, 9 and 14 within 5 min walking distance). The Migros and the Coop are also only 5 minutes away respectively. Please write something about yourself/you in the application and tell us if all the above-mentioned things suit you/you.
