Room in a shared flat

One of our three flatmates is moving on, so we are looking for a new person to join our 97 m² flat. Move-in is flexible, around 1 October. **The room** 13 m² room facing the quiet inner courtyard, on the Hochparterre (raised ground floor). Calm and bright. It can come furnished or unfurnished. **Costs: ~1'195 CHF/month all-in** * Rent: 1'120 CHF/month, incl. internet and heating * Electricity: ~15 CHF/month * Cleaning: ~60 CHF/month (a cleaner comes every two weeks; we split the cost) **The flat** Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, 1 bathroom + a separate toilet, and a basement storage room. There is also a balcony. **Location** 2 min walk from Butzenstrasse (tram 7), 2 min from Coop and Aldi, and ~20 min to Zürich HB. **About us** We are two guys, young professionals, French-Swiss (28) and Swiss (30). We speak French together, so that would be a plus, but English works too. We are quiet and chill during the week and prefer to keep weeknights calm (no parties/noise on weekdays).
