The room is temporarily available **from the end of August,** the rental duration is flexible between 4-12 weeks. The rental costs of 1795 CHF per month include all utility costs (including Internet & TV) and a weekly, professional cleaning * Yup, it is not cheap. But you cannot live more centrally in Zürich. * Within 4 minutes you are at Zürcher HB. The 25 hours Hotel on Langstrasse is also within easy reach. You live in a modern **3.5 room apartment (87m2)**, which covers all wishes: * **Open kitchen** with an urban view * The living area is furnished with **designer furniture** * The kitchen equipment has everything you need to cook a gourmet menu, incl. a **grill** on the balcony. Only the Thermomix is still missing * You have your own **en-suite bathroom** incl. bathtub * **Washing machine and dryer** in the apartment **Attention:** as beautiful as the urban view is, you can still hear the trains. If you are very sensitive to noise, the room is probably not for you. **About me (Daniel)** 39-year-old Hamburger with Polish blood, who will soon apply for Swiss citizenship (in Zürich for 11 years).
