The flat is located in a great part of Kleinbasel. It is on a quiet and friendly street where many young professionals live. You can walk to the Rhine river in 5 minutes. It is an excellent location for work: you can go to the Novartis Campus, Roche, or Syngenta in less than 10 minutes by bike or direct tram. Supermarkets, restaurants, and tram stations are very close. The rent is 1770 CHF per month. This price includes the base rent, heating, and fast internet. You only pay for your own electricity and water separately (this is about 70 CHF per month). This apartment is perfect for a quiet, clean, and responsible working person or couple.
