Room in a shared flat

We rent a shared flat room including private bathroom from 15.8.2026 to 31.01.2027. The room is very large with 20m2. It is furnished with a wardrobe, 2 Kalax furniture and a 1.4m bed. In the apartment, we are looking for a new third person. We are father (58) and daughter (27). We have been in the apartment for 1.5 years. We are uncomplicated, often on the go and reliable. Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Shared living room, balcony & kitchen. No parking space available. The apartment is well-maintained. It is located in an old building area and therefore has no elevator. However, it has beautifully large rooms and is extremely central (1 minute walk to the market square, 7 minutes to the main station). Included in the price: rent, utilities, electricity costs, Serafe fee, WLAN, household insurance. Please only non-smokers. We look forward to hearing from you.
