1 ½ rooms apartment

Bright and peaceful apartment in Zürich, ideally located between the city, the lake and the forest. The apartment has an open layout with a combined living and sleeping area, wooden floors, a small balcony and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Any additional utility costs billed afterwards will be charged proportionally for the rental period.
The lake is around a 15-minute walk away, while Stadelhofen can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by tram. The forest is just nearby, making it easy to enjoy nature and walks while still living in the city.
As I am moving in with my boyfriend, I am subletting the apartment for six months, with the possibility of taking over the apartment afterwards, subject to the landlord’s approval.
Please note that some furniture and decorative items visible in the photos will change before the sublet starts. The white drawer on the left side will be replaced by an open clothing rack, and the marble table, gong, handpan and other instruments will be removed.
The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple and offers a lovely balance between central location, greenery and privacy. Available furnished for a temporary sublet.
