We are an active engaged couple of 28 years looking to create a great flatshare with 2 other people
We have taken over the lease for mid-October 2026 for this magnificent house full of charm, with the intention of setting up a flatshare. The large garden, the upstairs bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the large common space on the ground floor, the availability of 2 parking spaces and the proximity to the Lausanne-Neuchâtel axis are all elements that convinced us that a flatshare would be ideal there.
We are looking for two roommates, whether they know each other or not, man or woman, young or old, ideally working but students possible.
The goal is to create a convivial atmosphere where everyone can choose to stay in their own space as well as share nice moments together.
The lease is in our name and we manage the flatshare directly. A flatsharing agreement as well as a charter of communal living will be signed with us in order to clearly define the functioning of the house. As the security deposit has already been taken care of by us, you will not have any additional deposit to pay.
