3 rooms apartment

**General** The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of this beautiful house in Spiez. The garden is very large and offers 4 seating areas (including a glass pavilion for bad weather), a vegetable patch, and many plants. The house is quietly located, situated next to a small forest, and is approx. 5 minutes walking distance from the Spiez train station. **Rooms** The rooms were freshly renovated in 2019 and partially in 2023. In addition to the apartment, sufficient storage space in the cellar and in the attic is included (shared with us). There is a shared laundry kitchen and a sauna that may be used. A garage space can be used if required. **Who lives here** On the first floor and on the ground floor, there is a 4-person WG: Nicola (27), Celina (27), Kate (31) and Jan (31). Since we live under one roof, it is important to us that we get along well and that we can perhaps do something together every now and then.
