Room in a shared flat

The room is approximately 15 m2 in size. The apartment itself offers a large living room, a kitchen, a small and a larger balcony, a toilet, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for use with coin insertion. The apartment also includes a basement compartment and there is the possibility to store a bicycle in the basement. The rent already includes a share of the ancillary costs and internet. Electricity and smaller additional expenses are added and amount to around 30 - 50 CHF per month. The apartment is very centrally located near the Aare, the old town, and the train station. Unfortunately, one of us is moving out. The room is available from June/July 2026 and has its own sink. We can hand over the room with furniture (desk, bed including mattress and wardrobe for 350 CHF, see photos 2 to 4). We are looking for someone around our age (22 to 34) who is uncomplicated, open-minded, and open. If you can imagine living with us in a 4-person shared apartment, we would be happy to hear from you. Our shared apartment consists of David, Daniel, Julie, and Nina. Julie is unfortunately moving out after completing her studies. We occasionally eat together or swim in the nearby (visible from the balcony) Aare in the summer, but we also appreciate having time to ourselves.
