Room in a shared flat

**Location:** The apartment is located at the foot of the Welschdörfli and is therefore very central. In a few minutes' walking distance, you are in the middle of the Old Town or at the train station. The bus stop is directly in front of the front door and if you have forgotten something while shopping – the Coop gas station shop next door is open daily until 22:00 ;) **The room is:** It is a large room (18 m^2) in a 4.5 room old building attic apartment. The shared living room is large and has access to a balcony with a view of the Chur local mountain "Mittenberg". A special highlight is the large cellar, which in my case offers plenty of space for all the sports equipment. **I am looking for:** I am looking for an upbeat, uncomplicated and tidy person who is in the middle of life and enjoys sharing their home with someone. It would be nice if you also enjoy being outdoors and in nature during your free time and with your hobbies. **I am:** Fabian, mechanical engineer, early 40s and a passionate tinkerer. In summer, I am often on the road with my van and mountain bike – always searching for the most beautiful trails. In winter, you can find me either on the slopes with a snowboard or skis or somewhere on a ski tour – hopefully with lots of powder.
