Room in a shared flat

We, Mattia (24) food technologist from St. Gallen, Larissa (23) florist from Thurgau and Jeannine (21) businesswoman also from Thurgau, live in the most beautiful place in the world (OK, we are not quite objective, but our view of the Alpstein is truly dreamy) and are looking for a cool roommate. Our shared apartment is located in a former farmhouse that was completely demolished and rebuilt about 30 years ago. We live in the middle of nature between Appenzell and Steinegg and yet everything is very quickly reachable by bike: railway station “Steinegg” (3 min), railway station “Hirschberg” (5 min), Appenzell train station (7 min), Migros, Coop, Spar and Lidl (10 min), Appenzell village center (7 min). We would like a shared apartment where one can retreat to one's room, but also occasionally do something together (cooking, hiking, climbing…). The apartment has 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. Our spacious kitchen is superbly equipped with a modern oven and dishwasher. A washing machine is located in the cellar. There are some built-in cupboards in the apartment that you could use. In the garage, there is also enough space for your bike or other sports equipment. In front of the house, there is a large garden where we partly try to be self-sufficient. If you have a green thumb, you could of course also make yourself at home there. A parking space for a car is also available. There is another apartment belonging to the landlord and another attic apartment in the house. The landlord also has two very lovely cats that sometimes visit us.
