Room in a shared flat

Looking for a roommate for a beautiful, bright maisonette shared apartment with a lake view from 1.9. We (woman/man) are a relaxed 2-person WG (including a friendly Cocker Spaniel) and are looking for a new roommate who fits well with us as of September 1st. The apartment and the room The upper floor is our shared living area with: \- dining area for shared/individual meals \- cozy living room area for relaxing, chatting, watching TV \- open kitchen, ideal for cooking and exchanging ideas \- balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Zug – perfect for morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, grilling \- a separate toilet \- utilities are included in the rental price On the lower floor are our three rooms as well as the shared bathroom. Your room: \- approx. 16m² large with a view \- the room has a built-in wardrobe plus a large wardrobe \- bed and small desk are also available \- the furniture can be taken over; but does not have to The house: \- very good relationship with the neighborhood \- there is a washing machine, a dryer as well as a Secomat in the house \- bicycle storage room You fit well with us if you: \- are employed or in regular training \- are a non-smoker in the apartment \- are considerate and humorous, tidy and communicative \- feel comfortable with a dog (preferably a Cocker Spaniel) Move-in and contact You could move in on September 1st (or by arrangement).
