It is fully furnished, so you can move in easily without needing to bring furniture. The apartment is calm, warm, and very spacious, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. It is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, relaxed, and well-connected home rather than a crowded shared flat. **About myself** I am a doctor working in research and development in a biotech company in the field of cancer immunotherapy. I am tidy, organized, and usually very busy during the week, leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening. I value privacy and a calm home atmosphere, but I am also friendly, sociable, and welcoming. Outside work, I enjoy tennis, hiking, skiing, and spending time in nature. I am easygoing and respectful, and I like the apartment to remain peaceful and relaxed. **What I am looking for** I am looking for a clean, organized, calm, and respectful person to share the apartment with.
