Room in a shared flat

An unfurnished room is becoming available in my cozy maisonette apartment. The rest of the apartment is already furnished and can, of course, be used. This includes:

✅ Dreamy roof terrace with a view

✅ Bicycle room
✅ Outdoor parking space optionally available for rent

Also part of the shared flat are myself, a roommate who loves sports and nature, as well as my friendly Labrador lady, who considers herself the secret boss of the flat, but neither organizes flat parties nor listens to loud music at night. Her main interests are walks, snacks, and humans with functioning hands for petting.
