The apartment has a large living and dining area with a sofa, TV, and dining table, as well as a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space and space for cooking. There are two bathrooms, so you only share one with a roommate. A washing machine is also available directly in the apartment. Additionally, a large basement compartment is available for shared use. In the underground garage, there are free parking spaces for bicycles and motorcycles. If required, a car parking space can be rented for 120 CHF per month. Location The apartment is located in a quiet and central district of Kreuzlingen. The train station is about a ten-minute walk away, and the pedestrian zone is about five minutes away. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop (1 minute), which offers a convenient connection to public transportation. By bicycle, you can reach the center of Konstanz in less than ten minutes, and on foot, it takes about 20 minutes. The Kreuzlingen Seepark and Lake Constance are also easily accessible. Despite the good connection to the highway, the apartment is quiet, as it is oriented away from the main street. In the surrounding area, there is also a public sauna and a swimming pool, both of which can be reached in about ten minutes on foot, as well as a minimarket directly opposite the apartment, which is also open on Sundays.
