We are looking for a new female or male flatmate for our beautiful, fully equipped apartment in Enge. About the apartment: Spacious approx. 120 sqm apartment. Best location: Only 2 minutes walking distance to Lake Zurich - ideal for walks or a refreshing swim Migros/Coop/pharmacy/post office approx. 3 minutes away at Bahnhof Enge (Migros/Coop open daily until 10 pm) Excellent connections to public transport: Rentenwiese tram stop directly in front of the house and Bahnhof Zürich Enge in the immediate vicinity - quickly on the move in the city About us: You will live together with two great flatmates, both 30 years old - friendly, clean and open-minded. We enjoy spending time together, but also respect each other's privacy and personal space. We love good food and are often & gladly outdoors in the fresh air. In addition to the net rent, there is an additional CHF 209.- for the shared flat fund and our cleaning lady, who keeps the entire flat clean every week 🧽 We are primarily looking for someone who can move in very soon.
