Room in a shared flat

Hello, my name is Glenn and I am the main tenant of the shared flat.
My roommate has found her own apartment and is moving out at the end of October.
Therefore, I am looking for someone for the room starting from 1. November.
I work in gastronomy as a waiter. In my free time, I often game at home.
In winter, I snowboard a lot in the freestyle park in Melchsee-Frutt or Laax. And also a little skateboarding. I also play guitar and piano and like to go out to eat.
For the shared flat, I am looking for someone who is tidy and clean, and also participates in emptying the trash or compost and glass disposal, as I naturally do that too. Above all, someone who does not live in a "pigsty" themselves.
I also have 2 Ragdoll cats, ideal if someone generally likes animals.
I enjoy conversations within the shared flat or out and about. But I am often not always available because of my working hours, then I like to be by myself.
