My roommate and I are currently traveling and are looking for a suitable subtenant during our absence. The apartment is available for rent from now until July 12th (total price CHF 900.- negotiable) About the apartment. The entire house was renovated last year. Various tram lines (HB: 5 minutes, Central: 5 minutes, Hardbrücke: 10 minutes) as well as shopping opportunities (Migros, Coop, bakery and 24/7 Avec) are right in front of the door. The Limmat is 7 minutes' walk away. The apartment is extremely quiet despite its very central location, thanks to modern windows, and has sun all day due to its southern orientation.
