Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! I am looking for a temporary flatmate from 1 October - 30 November 2026 (or by arrangement) for my spacious, furnished 4-room apartment in the beautiful Kreis 7 in Zürich, 2-3 minutes' walk from Klusplatz with connections to tram and bus. As I will be working abroad for 2 months, I am renting out my furnished bedroom as well as office. The apartment offers over 100 m² of living space and features a balcony with a view of Lake Zürich. For rent is a cozy, furnished room (16.2 m²) as well as an office (20 m²), which can be perfectly used for home office. The office is furnished including OLED 4K screens and can be used with HDMI and common connections, e.g., for laptops. The large kitchen is also fully equipped and features a dishwasher. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for shared use in the basement. In our house community, we maintain a familial atmosphere with one another. Occasionally we meet for cozy chats, aperitifs, or for a joint barbecue in the garden. In my absence, you will share the apartment with my long-term flatmate - he is self-employed and travels a lot.
