10-90m² storage room

Directly at Wankdorf station, we rent out various storage rooms in different sizes. The rent is CHF 80.00 net per m²/year plus CHF 10.00 ancillary costs per m²/year, corresponding to CHF 90.00 gross per m²/year. The currently available storage rooms are marked in red on the plan. Single or multiple storage areas can be rented. Some rooms have electricity and water connections. The storage rooms are accessible both via a staircase and with a goods lift.
