We are renting the following gently renovated maisonette room in our historic Riegelhaus in the center of Bubikon: * Zimmer LILIA (approx. 48 m2): 3 rooms on 2 floors, internally connected, timber wood floor, exposed beams, Riegel walls, CHF 1240.- /Mt., excl. NK For shared use, the living room/parlour with tiled stove and home cinema, kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic and wood stove, 2 bathrooms, cloakroom, garden with pergola and fireplace are available. We have carefully renovated our house in cooperation with the cantonal monument preservation office and using exclusively biological building materials. We are 3 women + 2 men (age: 30 - 52 years -> education scientist, historian, school principal, engineer, real estate manager) and look forward to cheerful female flatmates, non-smokers!
