Room in a shared flat

**\*ENGLISH BELOW\*** _Salut!_ We are Nina, Lorenz and Scarlett, all 35 years old and employed. Additionally, we have a food-loving, lovely, quite cute four-legged roommate named Fitz (mini Aussie mix). We live in a house with approx. 200 m² of living space and 400 m² of garden in Niederglatt and are looking for a new female or male roommate as of 1 October. **About us** Nina is Swiss, but grew up in Spain. On weekends, she prefers going to the mountains for climbing or highlining; for holidays, she mostly goes kitesurfing. Scarlett and Lorenz are natives of Germany but have lived in Switzerland for a long time. They have been a couple for four years, and on weekends, you can mostly find the two of them in nature – kayaking, canyoning or hiking with Fitz. The three of us are good friends; Scarlett and Nina even know each other from their school days. We have always wanted to live in a house with a garden where we have space to realize all our projects. In April 2024, with a bit of luck, we found this house. **We are looking for someone who:** * becomes part of our family and loves and lives in this house just as we do * values harmonious and active cohabitation * enjoys gardening * is employed and works little in the home office * values cleanliness and order * does not have a dog or a cat (other small animals are welcome 🙂) **Details about the house** _Location_ With the train, you are at the main station in 20 minutes. The stop is approx. 5 minutes' walk away; additionally, there is a bus stop directly in front of the house. _Room_ The room is 16 m² in size and unfurnished, but has a built-in wardrobe. The window is south-facing with a view of the garden – perfect for sleeping with an open window ;) _House_ With 200 m² of living space, we have plenty of room to develop, implement projects and design the house according to our ideas. On the ground floor, there is a guest room – guests are welcome at any time, just let us know briefly. The bedrooms are all on the upper floor, where we have two bathrooms at our disposal. Except for the vacant room, the house is completely furnished. The garage has been converted into a workshop where Lorenz and Nina enjoy building new furniture or crafting artworks. _Garden_ The absolute highlight is our approx. 400 m² garden. We grow our own vegetables almost all year round and have various fruit trees on the property. So if you have a green thumb, you can fully express yourself with us (even without a green thumb, but with enthusiasm, it is no problem). Additionally, there is plenty of space for relaxing, for a round of badminton or a garden party with friends. **Cohabitation** For us, living together is not just a means to an end, but an actively lived philosophy of life. We do not just share the house, but also moments and inspire each other for projects, activities and undertakings. Living with each other instead of next to each other is important to us so that one can optimally use the beautiful synergistic effects of a shared apartment. Just as important is that everyone has time for themselves and gets enough freedom – everyone has different needs, which we want to take care of as well as possible.
