Room in a shared flat

Two people are moving out of our beautiful shared house, which is why we are looking for 2 new roommates.

Since we all have different medium-term living plans (different city, living alone, living with/without children), we have made the difficult decision to terminate the contract for our great house at the end of March 2027. Therefore, the two rooms are being offered for a limited period of 6 and 5 months respectively until 26 March 2027. BUT: If interested, there is the option to take over the entire house contract from the end of March (or even earlier) and continue the shared flat with your friends! The house costs a total of 6100CHF/month (excl. utilities).

The house and the location:

• Beautiful garden with an apple tree and vegetable beds 🌱
• Only a few steps from a forest with a stream (perfect for hot summers, walks, or a quick cooling down)
• Quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes away from tram line 4 and the S18
• Cozy living and dining rooms
• Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and bicycle room

Room 1:

• 1110 CHF (incl. utilities)
• from 1.11.26 to 26.3.27 (with option to take over the house contract)
• approx. 10.5qm in size
• direct access to large roof terrace
• very bright with 2 windows

Room 2:

• 940 CHF (incl. utilities)
• from 1.10.26 to 26.3.27 (with option to take over the house contract)
• relatively large but with sloped ceilings (low ceiling)
• a lot of storage space thanks to cabinets in the sloped ceilings
• 2 small skylights

About your current roommates:
Flo (28) – Athletic and sociable, loves the queer nightlife, but also enjoys quiet moments with a good book or time outdoors.
Giuli (36) – Concert lover. Likes hiking and spending time with friends. But also appreciates her time to herself, for reading, crafting and playing guitar.
Gabriel (early 30s) – Fantasy author with a passion for film, art and dancing.

Everyone speaks German and English; Flo also speaks French.
We all value community and time for ourselves. We occasionally meet for dinner, for a tea or to chat, but we also have our own lives. We are looking for a person 27+, preferably vegetarian/vegan, queer or ally 🌈, who can set boundaries as well as respect them and is happy to join our beautiful space and perhaps also wants to continue it with their own ideas after we move out :).
