Hello, we are looking for a successor tenant as of 01.11.2026 for our beautiful and extraordinary 4.5-room maisonette apartment in the heart of Winterthur. The apartment offers a lot of space on 136 m² and combines modern living with an extraordinary room layout. The entrances to the individual townhouses are located in a closed and quiet courtyard, which offers a pleasant atmosphere despite the very central location. The apartment also includes a small terrace with sun protection. There is a cloakroom in the entrance area.
