**Our shared flat** Our shared flat is located in a spacious and bright 5.5-room row house with 175 m² living space, 61 m² garden and 31 m² private terrace in Winterthur Dättnau. The house is situated in a quiet, pleasant area. Nevertheless, the bus stop is only 2 minutes away, and the main station Winterthur can be reached by bus in 15 minutes. There are sufficient parking spaces around the settlement, and a private outdoor parking space is also available upon request. Our shared flat offers many amenities: a private laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, you will have your own compartment in the basement and in the kitchen. **Your room** Your room is 19.4 m² in size and stylishly furnished with: * Spacious & custom-made built-in wardrobe * Desk (can be taken over upon request) * Bed (can be taken over upon request) The rent includes all additional costs as well as high-speed internet (10 Gbit per second fiber optic connection). Together we enjoy life in our great 3-person shared flat. Sarah is a biomedical engineer and works in medical technology, and Andreas works as a management consultant.
