1 room apartment

I'm subletting my cozy, furnished studio in Unterstrass from 1 October until the end of December, with the possibility of extension. It's a great fit for someone spending a few months in Zürich.

The apartment: A 35 m² studio on the 3rd floor. The double bed is set apart from the living area by a large IKEA Kallax shelf (5x5), which gives you a separate sleeping nook and plenty of storage space. The living area has a sofa, a table with two chairs, and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and an extra kitchen cabinet for storage. Basic kitchen equipment is provided, including plates and cutlery for two people. At the entrance there's a coat hanger and a shoe rack. The apartment also has its own attic storage space under the roof, accessible via pull-down stairs from the ceiling.
Please bring your own bedding and towels (a pillow can be provided if needed).

Location: 3 minutes' walk to the Hirschwiesenstrasse stop (lines 10 and 51), 15 minutes to Zürich HB and 20 minutes to the airport. Irchelpark is just around the corner.

Rent: CHF 1,995 per month, all inclusive (utilities and Wi-Fi). Deposit: CHF 3,990.

Good to know: The studio is suitable for 1 person. There's a shared laundry room in the basement. No smoking and no pets. The sublet is approved by the landlord.
