Room in a shared flat

Unfortunately, our fourth flatmate is leaving our nest at the end of the month. Fortunately, we are now looking for someone to join our lovely home in Hardbrücke.

About us:
We are three flatmates between 27 and 32: D (Spanish, studies/works in gastronomy), B (Australian, works in renewable energy), and S (Swiss, works in banking). The flat language is English, but we also speak French, Spanish, Italian, and German at various levels. Our hobbies include sports (tennis/padel, running, gym, football, skiing), photography, music, hiking, going to the lake/Letten, technology, etc.

About the flat (please read carefully):

• 138m2, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra-large living room, loggia/balcony, private washer/dryer, basement storage room, and bike storage.
• Naphtastrasse 4, behind Prime Tower and a 3-minute walk from Hardbrücke station. Close to everything: Coop, restaurants, Hive, the Limmat River, public transport connections, and Josefwiese are all just minutes away.
• Available from January 1st, 2027 (with the possibility of moving in December 20th, 2026).
• Rent: CHF 987 (bills included).
• 3 months rent deposit of CHF 2’902.50.
• The room is furnished with a bed, drawers, desk, and wardrobe (to be bought from the previous tenant; price is CHF 400).
• Common furniture, including the sofa, TV, table, and cleaning robot, is part of the shared costs recoverable upon moving out, and the new tenant will need to transfer their share to the exiting tenant. The price is CHF 688.

Note: The room and common furniture are mandatory.

What we’re looking for:
Our flat is friendly, relaxed, and social. We enjoy our quiet time but also spending time together, cooking dinners, having friends over, occasional small get-togethers, and 1 larger party per year. We’re not just looking for someone to share the rent, but someone who wants to be part of the flat. We’re all boys, but have no gender preference. We are looking for someone within our age range.
